Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

There is no refund once a plan is subscribed. All payments made for FestPost subscription plans are non-refundable.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time directly inside your account under Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the subsequent billing cycle, but you will retain full access to all features of your subscribed plan until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. Assistance & Billing Support

If you experience any issues accessing your subscribed features or have billing queries, our support team is available to assist you promptly.
